salisburyartspace (provisionally named) is a group initiative aiming to offer several artists the opportunity to share a permanent studio space in the centre of Salisbury.
The proposed space will measure up to 2000 square feet with each artist being allocated a workspace along with the option to exhibit and sell work in a designated gallery area.
The South of England is positively brimming with talent and creativity and it is our intention to bring together a group of artists that represent this calibre and diversity. The act of creation can often be a very solitary experience very far removed from the support and inspiration of your peers during Art School.
The studio hopes to offer not only the opportunity of your own private workspace but also the chance to work alongside like-minded and creative individuals who all share a passion to create.
Professional photographer Helen Gell will be establishing a fully equipped photographic studio on-site that will also be available to hire.
